Mr. Gustavo Serra Ramírez de Arellano

Gustavo R. Serra Ramírez de Arellano is a legal counsel on Corporate and Healthcare matters and a Notary Public in Loinaz Martin, PSC. Gustavo received a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2013, and a Bachelor of Arts in European History, Magna Cum Laude, from the same University – Río Piedras campus in 2010.
While in law school, Gustavo first joined Loinaz Martin, PSC in 2012 as a part time paralegal. After passing the bar exam in 2014, he returned to the firm as an attorney. Gustavo’s practice is concentrated in the counseling of healthcare providers and health care entities in general healthcare matters. His particular knowledge includes Certificates of Necessity and Convenience procedures, Health Care Fraud and Abuse and Antitrust Law, among others. He also has experience in representing clients’ interests before various administrative agencies, as well as processing various government licensing procedures.
Gustavo is also experienced in managing provider’s credentialing processes and contracting with healthcare plans. Gustavo is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and in the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
